Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Cancellations:
Users can cancel a reservation at any time before the scheduled booking time. However, cancellations made within a specified time frame may affect the refund amount as per our Refund Policy.

Cancellation Timeframes and Conditions:

  • Full Cancellation: Users may cancel up to 24 hours before the reservation time for a full refund, provided the booking is for more than 10 people.
  • Partial Cancellation: If a cancellation is made between 12-24 hours before the reservation time for a group of more than 10 people, only a partial refund will be issued.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 6 hours of the reservation time will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Process:

  • Users must notify us of their intention to cancel through the website or customer support.
  • Once a cancellation is confirmed, the user will receive a notification of the cancellation, and the refund process will be initiated if applicable, as per our Refund Policy.

No-Show Policy:

  • If a user fails to show up for a confirmed reservation without prior cancellation, the booking will be considered a No-Show. No refunds will be issued in this case, and the reservation will be canceled automatically.

Group Reservations (More than 10 People):

  • For reservations involving more than 10 people, we recommend notifying us of any cancellations as early as possible to minimize disruption to your group and ensure eligibility for a full or partial refund.

Special Circumstances:

  • In cases of unforeseen emergencies (such as illness, natural disasters, etc.), we may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy. Such requests should be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation time, and any refunds will be at the discretion of the management.

Late Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made after the minimum cancellation period will incur a penalty fee in accordance with the terms set out in the Refund Policy.

Account Deactivation and Cancellation by ReserveIt :

  • ReserveIt reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations or deactivate accounts if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, misuse, or policy violations.

Cancellation and Refund Notification:

  • After the cancellation is processed, the user will receive a confirmation email detailing the cancellation status and any applicable refund. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Changes to Cancellation Policy:

  • ReserveIt reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through email or website updates.

Key Points to Remember:

  • Full or partial refunds are only available if the cancellation is made within the stipulated timeframes (12-24 hours for more than 10 people).
  • Cancellations made within 6 hours or for bookings of less than 10 people will not qualify for refunds.
  • No-shows will incur no refund.
  • Special circumstances may be considered, but they are subject to management approval.
